Cancellation Request Time Frame:

Visitors have 24 hours (Jamaica time zone) from the booking time to request cancellations.

Refund Structure:

- Cancellations within 24 hours: 85% refund
- Cancellations after 24 hours: No refund
- Failure to provide services due to Nine Mile Resort Village & Travel's fault: Full refund

Exceptions:

- Bad weather conditions: No refund on tours

Payment and Refund Processing:

- Refunds processed within 4-5 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
